Getting my twitter query ready…

Every time I see #Pitchmadness and #pitmad come up on twitter, I get all anxious and want to run around making up little twitter sized pitches for my story. I also stalk #mswl (manuscript wish list). I have a pile of agent profiles printed out and sitting on my writing desk (which is good, since I’ll be way to intimidated to do this when it is time to do it).

I could pretend I know what makes a good pitch (and I would totally be making everything up), but Brenda Drake who runs it and ACTUALLY knows stuff has a helpful blog post here: http://www.brenda-drake.com/2014/03/pitchmadness-clue-edition-numbers-dan-koboldt/

AND… it’s turns out there’s more to #pitmad than just posting on twitter! Who knew? Go read Brenda’s post because she knows stuff, and I clearly don’t. 🙂

Also, check out the next one: #PitchSlam
